Yoga is a holistic practice that combines physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation. It's a fantastic way to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and mental clarity. The best part? You don't need to be a yogi to reap the benefits. Here are some simple everyday yoga exercises you can easily incorporate into your daily routine.

Mountain Pose (Tadasana)

Start your day with the Mountain Pose, a simple standing posture that helps improve posture, balance, and calm focus.

  • Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, weight evenly distributed.

  • Press your palms together in prayer position.

  • Take deep breaths and focus on your body's alignment.

Looking for More?

If you're looking for a little more yoga and fancy trying a class at home, I have personally used @FloatingYogaSchool on YouTube for several years. I have found Helen's classes the most engaging and I just resonate with her style of teaching. This can be quite a personal choice though, and there are a huge number of yoga teachers on YouTube offering free classes online.
